"STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY"
I bought an outdoor storage cabinet from Cheaper Online LTD via The Range. After just one day of rain, there was a big puddle of water at the bottom, so I asked for a refund. The courier they arranged didn’t show up to collect the item twice, and now Cheaper Online LTD is ignoring my emails and keeping my refund. They’ve held onto my £100 for more than 5 weeks now. I tried to be patient and polite, but they’ve just brushed me off. This company is a total joke. I've reported them to Trading Standards.

"My Experience Ordering a Spiral Christmas Tree"
I got my spiral Christmas tree from Cheaper Online back in September, and everything went smoothly. They kept me informed about my order and the delivery process 🚚.

When I opened the box yesterday, I thought I had received the wrong tree because the instructions were meant for a regular tree, not a spiral one. I called them up and chatted with Emily, who was super helpful. It wasn’t until I hung up that I realized I actually had the right tree, just the wrong instructions. I reached out to Emily again and sent her a pic of my assembled tree 😊.

Absolutely amazing service, and I’d definitely shop here again!

"Feeling Cheated"
I bought a book titled Animal Kingdom that I had spotted in a bookstore before. What I received was not the actual book, but rather a tiny version that’s likely only worth around 1.99, not the 5.99 they advertised. Paying 2.99 plus 3 for shipping feels like a total rip-off. Claiming to be 'cheaper shopping' just doesn’t sit well with me.

"Shoddy items sent out and no refund..."
They sent me broken, low-quality stuff and then wouldn’t give me my money back. Customer support is basically nonexistent. Stay away from this like it’s the plague.

"Purchased a wheelbarrow from B&Q"
I bought a wheelbarrow from B&Q. It showed up fast, but sadly, the main section was broken. I reached out to customer service, and Sandra took care of getting a replacement right away. It came in just a few days. Huge thanks to Sandra for her assistance and for sorting out the problem.

"Legs Not Included!"
Upon getting our garden furniture order, we found that the table legs were not included. We reached out to customer service, and they were super helpful and polite in their responses (big shoutout to Sandra!). They really went the extra mile to track down our 'legs'! I’d definitely recommend them and have shopped with them before, plus I’ll do it again down the line. Huge thanks for all your help! 😊👍

"Cheaperonline Experience"
I purchased a LED Christmas tree from Cheaperonline, but sadly, the tree was defective, so I had to return it. They gave me a full refund along with the postage costs. I also ordered a Christmas tree skirt, but Hermes didn’t deliver it. I reached out to Cheaperonline through email, and Emily got back to me, arranging for a staff member to drop off the item at my place. I've shopped with this company before without any issues, and I’ll definitely do it again. Kudos to Cheaperonline!

"Authentic Feedback"
Real feedback.

I bought a 3 Wise Men rope light set on eBay. Hermes misplaced my package, so I called their office and chatted with a nice lady named Sandra. She quickly set up a replacement, which just showed up as she said it would. I unboxed it, gave it a test, and it’s working great and looks beautiful. I’ll definitely buy again.

"Top-notch service from this company!"
This company truly stands out when it comes to customer service. I ordered something that got stuck at Yodel for more than a week. I can't emphasize enough how supportive they were in sorting out my problem; they replied to my messages in no time. I'm also super happy with my lovely white wicker Christmas tree skirt, which was the best deal I came across. I'd definitely suggest them to friends, family, and really anyone. Huge thanks to them; it's so nice to experience this kind of service.

"Awesome Customer Support"
I purchased a couple of sun loungers from this company, and due to the lockdown, I didn’t inspect them when they showed up back in September 2020. Finally, I got around to using them and noticed that one of the arms was broken. I reached out to the company, and even though the loungers were no longer under warranty, they sent me a new arm to fix the damaged one at no charge. This was really generous of them, and I wouldn’t think twice about shopping with them again. Fantastic service!
